Prices and refunds
Mountain Lion
• 5-day hunts- $6500
• Standby Hunts- Call for Details
Antelope
• 3 days, 1 buck- $2800 (additional doe tags and days can be negotiated).
• Up to a 3 to 1 client to guide ratio.
Elk
• Bull, 5 days- $6900
• Cow, 5 days- $5000
• 1 to 1 client to guide ratio.
$500 deposit due at the time of booking all scheduled hunts. Rest of payment is due by
the evening before the first day of the hunt. Cash, certified check, money order, or debit and credit card is currently accepted. (card processing fees will be applied)
Refund
• All refunds are at the outfitter’s discretion.
• Deposits may be refunded up to 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Refund requests past the 30-day mark are at outfitter’s discretion.
• Only unusual circumstances on behalf of the client or the outfitter will be considered for refunds.
• Weather cannot cause a cancellation; we try our best to book accordingly
WyoCat Outfitters LLC: Waiver of Liability
This waiver is required to book a hunt with WyoCat Outfitters (the “Outfitter”). You’ll receive a copy for your records. Please take time to review it thoroughly.
What This Waiver Covers:
- You acknowledge having sufficient time to review and understand this waiver before signing.
- By signing, you and any affiliated third parties agree to hold Wyo Cat Outfitters LLC harmless for any personal injury or property damage you may suffer during your hunt.
- This includes incidents caused by:
- The Outfitter, its staff, or other guests.
- Negligence (carelessness).
- Wild animals (even if not wounded).
- Specific activities listed below (not an exhaustive list).
Activities Covered by This Waiver:
- Entering, exiting, or using any transportation provided (aircraft, boats, etc.).
- Using camp facilities, lodging, and equipment provided.
- Food allergies or reactions you may experience.
- Any delays in obtaining necessary medical attention.
- The behavior of any game or wild animal, regardless of injury.
- Drowning accidents.
- Using weapons or fishing gear (yours or others’).
- Theft or loss of your personal belongings.
- Issues related to hunting license compliance.
- Actions of other guests or staff, regardless of the Outfitter’s control.
- Traveling into or out of hunting areas, and transporting equipment or game.
Important Note: By signing this waiver, you agree not to take legal action against Wyo Cat Outfitters LLC for injuries or damages related to the activities listed above.
